How to select a custom area code on SMSPool

Let's say you specifically need a phone number from New York. By default, SMSPool assigns a random area code. Since there are so many area codes, you probably won't get a New York area code/number just by luck. This is where this feature comes in clutch.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Log in to SMSPool.
2. Navigate to the Order page.
3. Select the Country and Service you want to verify.
4. Look under the Quick Purchase button and click the circular blue arrow labelled Advanced View.
5. Click the Custom Areacode dropdown menu.
6. Type or select the specific area code you want in the search bar.
7. Click the blue Purchase button.

Once purchased, you will be taken to the top of the Order page where your new number is displayed. If the specific area code is out of stock, it will tell you it's out of stock.

If you are automating this, you just need to append the &areacode= parameter to your request.
