How to Recover a Lost SMSPool Account

Step 1: The Password Reset Method

Before contacting support, try the automated recovery tools. This is the quickest way to resolve the issue if you still have access to the registered email account.

1. Navigate to the SMSPool login page and click Forgot Password.
2. Enter every email address you might have used.
3. If the email exists in our system, you will receive a link to reset your password.

What If I didn't receive the password reset link?

If you do not see an email arrive, it usually means one of two things:

1. The email address you entered is not linked to a SMSPool account (Email is optional on sign up).
2. The reset email is sitting in your Spam or Junk folder of your emails.

Step 2: Contacting Support

If the password reset does not work, or if you cannot remember which email you used, you will need to send us an email.

Send us an email via [email protected] and put "Account Recovery" as the subject.

What You Must Provide

To prevent social engineering attacks, our staff requires concrete proof that you own the account. You cannot just ask for access. You have to prove the account history matches your records.

Please provide as much of the following information as possible in your initial ticket:

1. Payment Proof

This is the strongest form of verification.

• If you paid via Crypto: Provide the Transaction ID (TXID) or Hash in text format, the exact date of the payment, and the specific crypto token used (e.g., Bitcoin, USDT, Ethereum).
• If you paid Card: Provide the last 4 digits of your card number or your Stripe Receipt ID.

2. Account Activity

If you cannot find payment details, or to support your payment proof, detail your usage history:

• Services Ordered: List specific services you used (e.g., Signal, Telegram, WhatsApp).
• Countries: Which countries did you rent numbers from? (e.g., UK, USA).
• Exact Numbers: If you have a record of a specific phone number you purchased on the account, include the full number.

Once you submit this information, the support team will review your case. The more detail you provide, the faster we can verify your identity and restore your access.
